Sending Art via E-mail of Fax…
Simply reply to the confirmation e-mail you receive after you’ve place your order
and attach your art file.  If you prefer to fax a hard copy instead, our fax
number is 0845 054 4406, which will also appear on the order confirmation screen.
If you’ve order over the phone, you can simply e-mail your artwork to your Customer
Service Representative at sales@4imprint.co.uk with
the order confirmation number given to you on the phone.

What About Any Special Instructions?
As part of our online ordering process there is a box for special instructions on the final page before submitting your order. Feel free to give us any information that you think we
will need.

Remember, we’ll send you a proof for approval and your art will be prepared by our
professional art staff.  And your order is ALWAYS reviewed by a promotional
product expert prior to production!
