ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
DIRECT MARKETING – O.T.E £29K pa Full Time Office Based (Partial remote post 6 month probation)
The Sales team are looking to recruit an additional Account Executive for our UK / Ireland sales team.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Services the role’s main purpose will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring sales enquiries, orders and queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Our ideal candidate will be highly driven, enthusiastic with a real passion to succeed and exceed targets as well as the ability to spot opportunities to “up sell” and “cross sell”.
Demonstrating strong communication skills, you will have a flair for customer service and be used to working towards tight deadlines and targets.
You will be responsible for dealing with new and existing customer accounts via telephone and inbound emails, exceptional communications skills both written and oral are a must.
Sound administrative, organisational and IT skills (MS Word, Excel) are crucial for success in the role.
Resolving customer claims and keeping the customer database up to date in terms of contact details and marketing preferences.
Applicants would have ideally at least 12 months sales experience in a customer focused environment with previous telephone sales experience and be able to evidence experience of working effectively in a busy pressurised environment.
