100 Cotton Bags Going to the Dogs

(MANCHESTER, UK) – As part of the Helping Hand programme 4imprint has donated 100 cotton bags to the Rhodesian Ridgeback Welfare Trust, the only registered charity in the UK responsible for the re-homing and rehabilitation of Rhodesian Ridgebacks.

Relying entirely on public donations, the RRWT operates throughout the UK to rescue and re-home up to a dozen dogs in any one month with the cost per rescue averaging around £300 for kennelling and vet fees.

“All support is welcome,” says Ellen Watts, one of 11 Trustees at RRWT, “and the Helping Hand programme was great for us because it’s given us the opportunity to expand our current merchandising range.  Although we’ve bought thermal mugs from 4imprint before and were very impressed with the quality, speed and wonderful friendly service, we’d never actually considered printed cotton shopping bags.”

“They proved so popular at our Christmas fundraiser that we’re looking at ordering more to take along to Crufts Dog Show later in the year,” Watts added.

Further details about the work of RRWT, dogs looking for a new home and their ‘Friends’ scheme can be obtained from the web site: www.rhodesianridgebackwelfaretrust.com

During March 4imprint will be offering Golf Umbrellas in the Helping Hand programme.  More details can be found at: 4imprint.co.uk/helpinghand
